If you wish to return your online purchase, we must receive the merchandise within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. Exchanges and store credits are allowed up to 28 calendar days from purchase. All discounted/SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE - no returns, exchanges or credits allowed. All returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original box, dust bag, or other packaging intact. Shoes should not be shipped using designer's shoe box as a shipping box and will not be accepted in that condition. Regular priced items may receive a full refund minus shipping/handling costs within 14 calendar days of purchase. Returns made from 15 to 28 calendar days after purchase will receive a store credit minus any shipping/handling charges. After 28 days, all sales are final. NO exceptions will be made to these return conditions. The store/internet credit does not expire and may be applied to your next purchase by emailing us your order or calling 202 342 0202 between 10am and 7pm (Mon-Sat.) or between noon and 5pm (Sun.) Eastern Standard Time.

2. Shipping Information

Orders placed by Noon Eastern Standard Time will ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot deliver to a post office box. All orders are shipped via FedEx.

3. International Orders

At this time, our Web site is not capable of processing international sales. However, by following the directions below, we can process your order manually. To place an international order, you may call us at +1 202 342 0202 between 10am and 7pm (Mon-Sat.) or between noon and 5pm (Sun.) Eastern Standard Time or emailing us.
The following information is needed to complete an international order when calling or faxing:

Shipping address

E-mail address
Designer name
Style of item
Color of item
Size
Quantity
Credit card number
Credit card expiration date

Please do not email any sensitive information such as your credit card number.

If this is your first purchase with us, please understand that the credit card company has to confirm that all address information given correlates to the information they have on file. This typically takes 3 business days. Once verified and approved, your order will ship, and " in most cases " will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
We will ship your purchases anywhere in the world! For shipments to Canada of up to two items, the price is $20 and delivery will be via FedEx.

International orders to all other countries will be shipped via the United States Postal Service; the cost will be $40 for up to two items. Please contact us for shipping costs of larger shipments.
Shipping prices do not include any taxes or duties that may apply, if any.

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax only applies to Washington, DC shipments. Sales tax is not charged for shipments made outside of the District of Columbia.
